Psychologically You (PY)

The belief is simple. You, before anything else.  

Any conversation about personal, professional and business development should begin with you.

You cannot achieve the results, the relationships, the business development or change unless you take the time to understand, build and work on yourself. 

Our ‘Psychologically You’ offerings are 1-2-1 programmes that give you the personal space to explore your hopes, fears, feelings whilst identifying the challenges that are stopping you from reaching your full potential.


We want to give you the best chance of success by focusing and developing YOU!

There are 4 different (PY) programmes. Whilst each programme has a different focus, at the centre of each one is You. Each programme consists of a series of:

  • A series of 1 hour virtual 1-2-1 sessions (the number of sessions depends on your needs)
  • Puts you in control the world around you
  • A confidential, non-judgement, safe space
  • A sounding board to explore ideas and create personal strategies



(PY) Personal Focus

Our (PY) Personal Focus programme explores what’s happening in your world and looking at your frustrations, your wellbeing, your challenges and what you believe is stopping you from achieving what you deserve. We recommend a minimum of 4 sessions.

Results that you can expect:

  • Increased self-awareness
  • Understanding the way you work and how that impacts others around you
  • Identifying your core, aspirational and distraction values
  • Overcoming self-limiting beliefs
  • Say goodbye to imposter syndrome


(PY) Skills Focus

Our (PY) Skills Focus programme allows you to learn skills that will help you personally succeed in your professional life. You pick the topic(s) and we spend each session working through the materials and create ways in which you can use them. Some of the topics are listed below. We recommend 3 hours per topic, you can of course combine topics, it’s up to you!  

  • Dealing with conflict
  • Managing your time & Priorities
  • Leadership & Management Skills
  • Recruitment & Interviewing
  • Managing Performance 


(PY) Emotional Intelligence

Our (PY) Emotional Intelligence Programme will help you to maximise your emotional intelligence (EQ).  A high EQ helps you to build relationships, reduce stress, defuse conflict and improve job satisfaction. Ultimately, a high EQ means having a healthier, positive outlook on life for you and the people you work with.

We will look at:

  • Recognising your emotional triggers
  • Regulating your emotions in challenging situations
  • Communicating with impact & authenticity
  • Using body language as a communication tool
  • Reading what’s happening in the room
  • Active listening skills 

(PY) Counselling

Our (PY) Counselling offers you a space to reflect and talk about your emotions, thoughts & experiences thoughts. We often neglect self-care and we can sometimes not make sense of why we are feeling the way we do or how others respond to us. In our professional lives, we can’t ignore what’s going on in our heads and what’s happening in our personal lives. Let’s talk about it.

About Ethan

Ethan has over 15 years experience of working in the finance, legal & consultancy sectors.  He has taken these skills and brought them to the Aesthetics industry. 


Ethan studied Law, Pscyhology & Philosophy at Universities in Oxford & London. His belief is simple - You, before anything else. You can have the tools and passion to succeed but if you're looking after your wellbeing or your relationships and not raising your self-awareness, ability to regulate your emotions...you will never truly achieve what you want to. 


Ethan has a wealth of experience in Leadership & Management, Skills, Workplace behaviour, Counselling & Coaching.
